Where the Marks Lie

  • Conflating Altitude Training Strategies: In Question 5(b), failing to contrast Live High, Train Low (LHTL) with traditional altitude camps (LHTH) often limits marks to Level 2.

Time allocation is vital: reserve at least 45 minutes for Question 5 alone.
