This is a non-calculator subject in the conventional sense. Unit 1 is completed on a school computer using word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software, and any arithmetic runs through spreadsheet formulae such as SUM, AVERAGE and IF, not a handheld calculator. No physical or electronic calculator is required or permitted in either unit.

Giving purely generic advantages or disadvantages in the 8-mark extended questions, without grounding the argument in the named business scenario.

Generating a database query that includes extra fields beyond what the question specifies.

Treating absolute cell referencing, locking a cell such as column B row 15 so it does not shift, as optional when replicating a formula down a column.
回避方法: Use an absolute reference for any cell that must stay fixed when a formula is copied down or across. - 8medium影響する配点: 2Spreadsheet formulae
Writing an IF function's text output without quotation marks, for example =IF(E4>500000,YES,NO) instead of =IF(E4>500000,"YES","NO").
回避方法: Put quotation marks around any text result inside an IF function, or the formula will not run correctly.
